Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Perform basic math calculations to process transactions accurately
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, and change
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make purchases
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
